Danabak (“Danabak,” “we,” “us”) is a digital marketing agency located in Charlotte, North Carolina. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through danabak.com (the “Site”) and through our services, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact details your name, email address, and phone number when you fill out a contact form, request a quote, or communicate with us.
- Business information when you order a website through our online onboarding, we collect the details needed to build it: business name, category, address, hours, services and prices, descriptions, website and social media links, and your preferred domain name.
- Files you upload photos, logos, price lists, and other materials you provide for your project. These are stored in a protected folder accessible only to authorized Danabak staff.
- Electronic signature records when you sign our service agreement online, we record your typed name, the date and time, your IP address, your browser information, and the version of the agreement you signed. We keep these records as evidence of the agreement.
Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. on Stripe’s secure checkout pages. Your card number never touches our website or servers we receive only confirmation of payment, the amount, and a transaction reference. Stripe’s handling of your information is described in Stripe’s Privacy Policy. If you enroll in a monthly plan, your payment method is stored by Stripe, not by us.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies to keep the Site working, remember preferences, and understand how visitors use the Site (for example, through Google Analytics). You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect parts of the Site.
How we use your information
- To respond to inquiries and provide quotes.
- To build, deliver, host, and maintain the website and services you ordered.
- To process payments, send receipts, and maintain records of agreements and approvals.
- To communicate about your project timelines, review links, approvals, and support.
- To operate, protect, and improve the Site and our services, and to comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
When we share information
We share information only as needed to provide our services: with Stripe for payment processing; with hosting and domain registration providers to set up and operate your website; with service providers and subcontractors who help us deliver projects and are bound to confidentiality; and where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
How long we keep information
We keep project records, signed agreements, and payment records for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. If your website service ends, we keep a backup of your website for up to 12 months before deletion. You may request deletion of information we are not legally required to keep (see below).
Your choices and rights
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to records we must keep, such as signed agreements and payment records). To make a request, email us at info@danabak.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity first.
Security
The Site uses SSL encryption. Client files are stored in protected storage accessible only to authorized staff, and payments are handled entirely by Stripe. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the information.
Children’s privacy
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
